We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our skincare products. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened skincare products within 10 days  of receiving your order.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Process for Return

  1. To start a return please contact customer service at store@shanazriasoth.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
  3. Buyer must pay return postage

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 2-3 working day
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the payment
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges items

  1.  If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product

Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at store@shanazriasoth.com with your order number and details of the issue.
