Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused and unopened skincare products within 10 days of receiving your order.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Process for Return
- To start a return please contact customer service at store@shanazriasoth.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Buyer must pay return postage
Condition of Returned Items
- All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 2-3 working day
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the payment
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges items
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at store@shanazriasoth.com with your order number and details of the issue.
